HOW TO WRITE PERFECT BLOG / ARTICLE

Blogging
Your blog is probably (if it isn't, then it should be) one of your business's most valuable marketing tools. You use it to build a relationship with customers, bring in new customers, provide information and educate consumers, and increase brand awareness.

But…How to write an article?

How can people find out about you and your business, how can they get to know you differently?
The best blogs want to provide value and create strategies to promote the company. The content you create for your blog will help you deliver relevant information and send messages, thus creating a successful brand. But publishing quality articles with valuable and interesting content consistently is a challenge.
To craft the perfect article—one that both people and search engines will love—you need a few key ingredients.
Here are tips to help you start writing the best articles!
How to write the best articles

1; Emphasize, especially, the title and the first paragraph!

Impressive headlines and introductions make readers want to read the article immediately. Recent studies show that 80% of people will only read the headline, and only 20% will read the rest. Therefore, an interesting title can convince the visitor to read the article, which is important for a successful blog. - 8 Ways to [do something] that [produces something]; - 9 Things that [do something]; - 15 Reasons to [achieve something]; - How to [do something] to [get something else]; - How to find the perfect [thing] to [achieve something]. What can [the thing] offer you to [do something]; how can [the thing] teach you [to do something]; and would you [do this] to get [this thing]? What I did for [a contentious issue or action] The first paragraph should be a short summary of the article, in which you present the most important ideas, and explain what they will find out, and what they will learn, but without revealing too much. 🙂 We want the reader to read the whole thing, not just the introduction, right? Do not forget! The first paragraph decides the fate of the article! Capture the audience's attention using the following strategies: - Share an interesting quote or something related to the rest of the article. Tell a joke. Connect with them emotionally by saying something that stirs an emotion. Remember to be at the readers' level, speak to their needs, get into their hearts, and you won't go wrong.
2 Target the right audience!

Before you start writing an article, you need to analyze who you want to reach and for what purpose (to whom you want to sell and what exactly you want to sell)! You should always provide relevant information based on what you have to offer and your readers! If, for example, you sell baby clothes, then you are targeting new mothers, and you need to write articles that meet their needs If you sell televisions, then you have a completely different tone, and you will give technical details or information about how we use the product. Emphasize especially the title and the first paragraph! Impressive headlines and introductions make readers want to read the article immediately.

3 Add pictures and video!

Add interactive content to capture your audience's attention! "A picture is worth a thousand words!" And a video... I won't say anymore! Choose captivating images that are related to the article and that relax the eye. But be careful about copyright. I, for example, look for images, videos, and everything else I need without copyright using Creative Commons!

4 Optimize your content for search engines:

A great article will be perfectly optimized for search engines (SEO) in the following ways: - use well-chosen keywords in the title, meta description, and first paragraph; - provide an optimized report of keyword usage in context; - use relevant internal and external links; and - use keyword synonyms in content. 5 Ask readers to interact!

You write for a reason—to build a relationship with your readers, then get them to take action! You should always ask your readers to do something, like share the article or leave a comment! Make them active and interact with you; let them be part of your story! It's a great way to get the audience talking and to be part of the conversation. In this way, the connection between the author and the reader becomes stronger. Be careful asking visitors to buy things, though!

6 Show, don't just write!

Don't brag in your articles about what you know! Allow your blog visitors to find valuable information that is intended to instill trust in your audience and thus be considered an expert in your niche! Give concrete examples that can be easily proven! Then report everything! You can start writing your main ideas for the article, turn them into subheadings, and then, once you have made a template for the post, it will be easier for you to develop these ideas and not forget something important.
You can scare them!

Write useful, interesting, and informative articles. If your posts are useful and full of information, then your blog will be visited. As you create content, ask yourself, "Is this helpful?" Is all the necessary information here? Will it be relevant to my target audience? Is the text engaging enough? What else could be added? Is it easy to read? Does this article resolve any issues? Give the reader valuable and useful information that teaches them something new and answers at least one question they have! Don't forget to proofread the article before publishing it! Be grammatically correct and well formatted. Then, if everything is OK, press publish! And that's it!

Conclusion:

Writing good articles is only one aspect of online marketing. Then comes the real work!
